Holly & Littlefoot

We are so thankful to have a service dog program so close to us and can’t wait to see what David teaches our Littlefoot!

Nate & Yahzi

“After I found a German Shepherd Dog that fit the criteria for a service dog, I realized I could never afford a service dog.  It wasn’t until I met David Proctor with Guardian Service Dogs that I started to regain my life.”

Kimberly & Presley

Kim has recently found a dog that fits her needs, Presley, a handsome Labradoodle puppy, born May 15, 2018. He will be learning a wide variety of tasks such as Room Clearing and Detection, alert and response for Anxiety/PTSD Episodes.

Gary & Glyden

Gylden “…has already helped me to view the world through different eyes. Perhaps the world can be an interesting and fun place after all. He will be trained to interrupt my nightmares and give me reassurance in dark days as well as perform other tasks associated with my well being.”

Greg & Theodore

I have been working with Dave for about 9 months now, and he has been absolutely amazing to work. He has an immense amount of knowledge about how to create good behaviors and discourage bad behaviors in my dog, Theodore. He is very understanding when it comes to my schedule and has no issues with working with me to ensure that Theodore can get the attention and time that he deserves

Kevin & Axel

Finding and being a part of this program has been the best thing that has happened to me. I’m so grateful to have a trainer (David) be as flexible, understanding and patient with his techniques and planning of our classes. Guardian Service Dogs™ is an amazing organization not only for the quality service dog training programs available but more importantly the dedication this combat vet has for the disabled veteran.

George & Keena

I love Guardian Service Dogs™, they helped me in not only finding a dog but helped me train her in the specific needs for me. David was patient and explained and showed me what I needed to do to train my dog on everything from crowd control to adrenaline detection for when I was out in a big area with a lot of people she knew what she needed to do to help me. I am a Veteran and would strongly recommend using Guardian Service Dogs™ if you are in need of training your dog for your specific needs.

Heather & Nessie

Heather signed up for the Army her senior year of high school, in 2001, immediately following the attacks of September 11th. Her older brother, Mark, had been a Ranger of 3rd Battalion out of Ft. Benning and one of the first overseas in response to the attacks. Heather wanted to be brave and follow in his footsteps. Being a female, she couldn’t exactly be a Ranger like him, so she joined the only military occupational specialty (MOS) within the Special Operations community open to women at the time –Psychological Operations. Heather became Airborne, an expert marksman, maxed the male standards on the PT test, learned to speak Arabic, and absolutely loved her job.

Anthony & Domingo

Anthony joined the US Army in 2005 as an Infantry Man out of Cleveland, Ohio. After Completing Basic Training and AIT, Anthony was assigned to the 1st Infantry Division 2BCT “Dagger Brigade”. He was assigned to Bravo Company 1-18 IN, 1st Platoon 2nd Squad as an Automatic Rifleman. The Division deployed to Iraq in September 2006, and Bravo Company was assigned to Ramadi, Iraq 1-77 AR for 15 Months. During this time his squad conducted nightly raids and daily patrols, engaging in small arms engagements and IED(improvised explosive device) detection, and security. The Brigade lost 61 soldiers in its most deadly deployment since Vietnam.

Mia & Kharmah

“Although I have numerous issues I still try and find time to contribute to my community in hopes that someday I will get enough help from my Service animal to go back to school and help other people with similar medical conditions like myself.”

Alexis & Kash

Alexis is full of life and determination; she is a survivor! August 28, 2017 started out as just another day for Alexis, working on college classwork, hanging out with her family, there was no way of knowing how this day would unfold, changing her life, forever… in the blink of an eye, she was severely wounded in a mass shooting…

Payton & Blue

Payton is an 8 year old girl that has been a fighter since day 1. She was diagnosed with Urtero Hydrocephalus. The Hydrocephalus caused brain damaged. the damaged resulting in her getting Cerebral Palsy. She was put in AFO leg braces at 1, when she began to walk. she started several types of therapy at age 9 months.

Faith & Sky

“I did a lot of searching looked at nonprofits, tried to find a dog that would be donated to her, everyone said no she’s too young she can’t handle it. I called David and I told them all about our family and I said we’re not a disabled vet but we are a military family and we have a disabled child… they were eager to come and see her meet our daughter and after some talking they decided to take us on as a client. They have really become family…”

Family and Community Impact Statements

There are no words to really sum up how awesome Guardian Service Dogs™ is. My husband who is a veteran was blessed with a service dog and David the trainer was awesome each step of the way. One of the things I really love about Guardian Service Dogs™ is you don’t give up your dog to someone to be trained. You work side by side with David and are able to bond with your dog through the process. My family didn’t just get a dog trainer we got extended family. If your looking for someone who cares, listens and knows what they are doing then I highly recommend Guardian Service Dogs™.

Michelle, Veterans Wife

My husband is currently deployed, it’s his 4th Deployment. We have 3 kids, Faith is our youngest. Faith was born with Spina Bifida we found out at 20 weeks, the doctors wanted me, to terminate her when we found out I said not an option…. I did a lot of searching looked at nonprofits, tried to find a dog that would be donated to her, everyone said no she’s too young she can’t handle it. I called David and  I told them all about our family and I said we’re not a disabled vet but we are a military family and we have a disabled child… they were eager to come and see her meet our daughter and after some talking, they decided to take us on as a client. They have really become family…

Tracy and Faith, Active Duty Family

This little girl (husbands service dog) has forever changed not only my husband’s life but our whole family. We are able to go out and do things that we normally wouldn’t get to do as a family. Little things like a family dinner or events. She is such a blessing. SERVICE DOGS SAVE LIVES!
