David Proctor

Executive Training Director: David Proctor (SGT, Ret.), joined the U.S. Army, Infantry, in 2006 at the age of 19. In early 2007 David got news his unit would be deploying to the front lines in Iraq, during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). David was deployed as 11B with his unit to Iraq. During this tour David was wounded in combat and was awarded the Purple Heart.

Thomas (Tom) M. Daschbach

Tom Daschbach is the founder and President & CEO of TD Support Services Corporation. The company has been in business for over 15 years and is a VA Certified disabled veteran-owned small business headquartered in Colorado Springs. It currently employs over 350 people in eleven different states, Germany and England.

Steve Schuck

Steve Schuck’s career resume reads more like an adventure, a mission to succeed and to lead. It began with an economics degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Following graduation, he became a math teacher and head football coach at Manlius, prep school for West Point. After two years in New York City, he and his wife, Joyce, a published author, headed west. They have three children, six granddaughters, two grandsons and three great granddaughters.
